Tip: Save your tracking link from the order confirmation email. You can access it anytime to check your order status.

9. Packaging Standards

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as follows:

  • First Attempt: On scheduled delivery date
  • Second Attempt: Next business day if first attempt fails
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt on the following day
  • Failed Delivery: Package returns to warehouse after 3 failed attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. We'll send delivery time notifications in advance.

Signature Required

For security and quality assurance:

  • Signature is required for all deliveries
  • Valid ID may be requested for high-value orders
  • Recipient must be 18 years or older
  • Deliveries cannot be left unattended

Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address?

  • Before Dispatch: Contact us within 2 hours of order placement for free address changes
  • After Dispatch: Contact courier partner directly (address change fee may apply)
  • In Transit: Limited ability to change; may require package return and re-dispatch

Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Public holidays and strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

We'll keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them quickly.

Package Inspection

Upon delivery, please:

  • Inspect the package for external damage before signing
  • Check the security seal is intact
  • Verify the items against your order confirmation
  • Report any issues immediately to the delivery person
  • Take photos of damaged packaging for claim purposes

If you notice damage or discrepancies, you may refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be deemed undeliverable if:

  • Address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible
  • Recipient refuses delivery
  • No one available after 3 delivery attempts
  • Area becomes temporarily inaccessible

Undeliverable packages are returned to our warehouse. Refunds are issued minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
